Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sanyog, operated by BoldGrow AI & Tech, does with your information. The short version: your birth details are used to prepare your reading and for nothing else.

1. What we collect

• Birth details — date, time and place of birth. These are what the chart is calculated from.
• Contact details — your name, email address and WhatsApp number, so the reading can reach you.
• Your questions — the three questions you ask, so they can be answered.
• Payment reference — the transaction id from Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.

2. What we do with it

We use it to prepare and deliver your reading, and to answer you if you write to us. That is all. We do not sell it, publish it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

3. Who else handles it

• Razorpay — processes the payment.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the order.
• Meta — if you arrived from an advertisement, a pixel records that a purchase happened. It is not given your birth details, your questions or your reading.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the reading, handle any refund, and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your birth details after delivery and we will.

5. Your rights

Write to sankuofficial2@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We respond within a few working days.

6. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
