Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for the Love & Marriage Timeline reading, sold by BoldGrow AI & Tech.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel any time before the reading is delivered, for a full refund. Simply email sankuofficial2@gmail.com with your payment id. There is no cancellation fee.

2. Refund after delivery

A reading is a digital product prepared by hand for your specific chart, so it cannot be returned. We refund anyway in these cases, within 7 days of the charge:

• The reading does not describe you — if the pattern it names is not your pattern, say so and your ₹199 comes back in full. You do not have to justify it.
• You were charged more than once, or charged in error.
• The reading was never delivered.

3. How to ask

Reply to the email your reading came in, or write to sankuofficial2@gmail.com from the address you ordered with. Include your payment id. No form to fill and no questions asked on the first request.

4. How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and normally reach you in 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
