Short answer: Saturn in the 7th is read as delay, maturity and duty in marriage: a serious, responsible, often older or mature spouse, and a marriage that tends to come later but lasts. When Saturn sits in the 7th in its own or exaltation sign, it is in a kendra in dignity — the classical Shasha yoga, one of the five Pancha Mahapurusha yogas. That happens for the Aries, Cancer and Leo ascendants.

The honest limits
Saturn in the 7th promises neither a marriage nor a particular kind of person, and it never names anyone. It is one factor: the 7th lord, the Darakaraka, the navamsa and the running dasha can strengthen or soften everything above. Birth time decides whether Saturn is in your 7th at all — the ascendant moves a degree every four minutes.
